  Helen Hernandez: Founder and President of The Imagen Foundation, Helen has been a prominent figure in the Hispanic/Latino community throughout her professional career. She is executive producer of the annual Imagen Awards, the premier event recognizing Latino talent and contributions to the entertainment industry. She also works closely with members of the Hispanic Congressional Caucus by conducting entertainment workshops in their Districts, and coordinates Imagen’s annual Entertainment Industry Career Job Fair. Helen has served or currently serves on the boards of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund; National Council of La Raza; The National Association for the Hispanic Elderly; Workplace Hollywood; Economic Alliance of the San Fernando Valley; and Latino Public Broadcasting. She is also a member of the Academy Television of Arts and Sciences and is assigned to the executive peer group.
   
  BENNETT ROOT, JR. is an entrepreneur, business consultant, and attorney with twenty-five years experience developing and representing small businesses. For two decades, Ben was a senior partner in a prestigious international law firm where he headed various transactional and controversy matters as well as new business development. Recently, he has founded and developed a biotech business and is currently working on strategic planning for firms from $2 to $500 million, including diversity planning and community marketing. Ben holds a J.D. from Harvard and a BA in Economics from Michigan. He also attended Oxford University, where he pursued post graduate studies in marketing and international law.
   
  CARLOS GARCIA is founder and CEO of Garcia Research Associates, Inc., one of the fastest-growing research firms in the nation and the leading market research company specializing in the Latino/Hispanic community. Knowledgeable in the complex and diverse Hispanic culture, Carlos provides detailed quantitative, qualitative and copy testing data to companies seeking to penetrate the Hispanic market. Included among his clients are numerous Fortune 500 companies. Carlos is a graduate of Pomona College, has done graduate work at Berkeley and the Sorbonne and holds a MBA.
   
  DR. ROBERT SPICH of the UCLA Anderson School of Business is an authority on international management, emerging markets, negotiations, and cross cultural issues. He lectures throughout Latin America, including Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Mexico, and his work has received awards from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts and the Fulbright Scholars Program. As a consultant, Robert has worked for Hughes Space and Communications, the Governor’s Principle Leadership Institute at UCLA, Amgen, Disney, Isabella Fiore, and the Getty Conservation Institute of the Getty Museum.
